I experienced some disappointments . the language barrier made communication difficult, particularly when ordering room service. i found several items significantly overpriced. A taxi quoted by the hotel to hoi an was double the price on grab. these issues detracted from an otherwise nice setting.

The staff were great too. My package included complimentary massages, laundry, and drinks at the bar. It was well worth it. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a wide-ranging selection of high-quality food.

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus into the center. This service is limited to only a few departures. I also found that the décor was more corporate and less individual.
